What happens when I place an order?

We will reach out to you by email or phone to coordinate the collection or drop-off based on your chosen delivery method.
Where is your drop off location?

We are located in Laxey. After you place an order, we will reach out via email or phone to provide you with the full address and drop-off times for your shoes.
How long will it take for you to clean my shoes?

The standard cleaning process will take between 4 -7 days, depending on footwear and work carried out.
What cleaning products do you use?

We use a variety of industry-standard brands for different jobs, including Angelus, Jason Markk, and Reshoevn8r, among others.
What paints do you use?

The main paint brand we use is Angelus.
Do you offer a full restoration service?

Currently, we offer shoe cleaning and minor restoration services, including scuff mark repairs on specific shoes and brands. We plan to expand our services in the near future.
Can you make my shoes look brand new?

We strive to clean your shoes to look as close to brand new as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of every stain, as results depend on the type of stain and how long it has been there.
