Shoe cleaning terms & conditions

Photographic Documentation:

Photographs will be taken of the footwear, including any pre-existing damages, for insurance purposes.

Cleaning Limitations:

Due to the delicate methods required, not all marks, dirt, or stains can be removed, especially if they are deeply ingrained or have been untreated for a long time. Customers will be notified if certain stains or grime are not removable during the cleaning stage and may require additional restoration work.

Processing Time: The standard cleaning process takes between 4-7 days, depending on the condition of the footwear and the extent of the work required.

 

Counterfeit Footwear:

We do not accept responsibility for damages to counterfeit footwear, as we cannot guarantee the quality of these items.

Shoeboxes: We take no responsibility for any damage to shoeboxes.

Odour Removal:

While we strive to return your footwear in fresh and pristine condition, we do not guarantee the complete removal of bad odours from any of our cleaning and restoration services.

Uncollected Footwear:

Any footwear not collected within 3 months will be disposed of.

Acceptance of Terms:

By proceeding to checkout, you agree to accept our cleaning terms and conditions as well as our shoe liability disclaimer. If you do not accept, you will not be able to complete the checkout process.

 

Additional:

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any footwear that we deem to be beyond our capacity to clean or restore effectively.

  • Customers must ensure that all personal items are removed from the footwear before drop-off. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

  • Any discrepancies or complaints regarding our services must be reported within 7 days of receiving the cleaned or restored footwear.

  • Payment is due before completion of the service. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.
