Book a clean
Ready to book your shoe cleaning? Choose your service and proceed to checkout. After placing your order, we'll contact you to arrange the drop-off details. Drop off your shoes. (For UK customers you will have to pay to ship your shoes to us.)
Cleaning
Once we receive your shoes, we'll start the cleaning service you've chosen. Our goal is to return your shoes within 4-7 days. Throughout the process, we'll keep you updated on the different cleaning stages your shoes go through.
Delivery
After we’ve meticulously cleaned and dried your shoes, we apply a protective spray and carefully wrap them so you can enjoy the experience of unboxing your favorite pair again. We'll notify you once they’re ready for collection or we have shipped your shoes!
